I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be any better - it's close to the centre and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding, with lovely furniture and modern bathrooms. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
No complaints at all, everything was perfect!

The rooms were quite nice, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the hotel was conveniently located near both the old town and the beach, making it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to help us navigate the city and make suggestions for places to go.
The wi-fi connection was slow and could have been improved.

Spent xmas with loved ones at a hotel with excellent amenities and a perfect location near the historic downtown and the bus/ferry terminal. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious items that we enjoyed, especially the freshly baked pastries and the hot coffee.
The rooms were a bit run down and could use some updating. The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, and there was some noise from the street during the night.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was near the centre and close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful, even though they had little English, they were patient in communicating with us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had many options.
No complaints. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel is very conveniently located, being just a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants you could need. the room is comfortable and well-equipped, with a great view of the city. the service from the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious and definitely worth getting up early for.
The hotel could have provided a few more amenities to make the stay even more comfortable.
